What's included in a root touch-up?

A root touch-up covers the application of color to your regrowth (typically 1–2 inches of new growth). It does not include full highlight services or corrective color, but members receive 5–10% off Complete Color Changes.
Can I cancel my membership?

Yes — you can cancel anytime after 60 days of membership with no cancellation fees. Simply contact us or manage your plan through your Vagaro account. Your membership remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I pause my membership?

Absolutely! Root Refresh members can pause for up to 1 month per year. Root Luxe members can pause up to 2 months per year. Perfect for vacations, travel, or life getting busy. Just notify us at least 5 days before your billing date.
How does the rewards program work?

You earn points automatically on every visit — 5% back on Root Refresh, 15% back on Root Luxe. Every 100 points = $1 off any service. Points never expire as long as your membership is active. You can also earn bonus points through referrals, streaks, and your birthday month.
What is the At-Home Color Club membership?

The Color Club is an annual at-home color membership for $99/year. Members save an average of $150 annually with perks like 15% off every Color Kit, 10% off all products and Hair Color Bar services, $10 earned for every $150 spent, one free roots service at the Hair Color Bar (up to $90 value), free shipping on every order, and a birthday gift.
Do unused visits roll over?

Yes! Root Refresh members can roll over 1 unused visit per year. Root Luxe members can roll over up to 2 months. Rolled-over visits expire after 60 days if not used.
What if I need more than a root touch-up?

No problem! You can add any additional service at the time of your appointment. As a member, you'll receive 5% off (Essential) or 10% off (Signature) on Complete Color Changes. Ask your stylist at checkout about upgrade pricing.
How is payment handled?

Memberships are billed monthly through Vagaro's secure payment system. Your card is stored safely and charged on the same date each month. You'll receive an email receipt after each billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade from Root Refresh to Root Luxe at any time — the new rate takes effect on your next billing date. Downgrades take effect at the start of the following billing cycle. Contact us or use the Vagaro app to make changes.
